Jason Brickman will team up with Reggie Johnson once again, this time with the Mono Vampires.

Since winning the ASEAN Basketball League title together with the Westports Malaysia Dragons last season, Brickman and Johnson went their own ways. They would still be involved around the ASEAN Basketball scene, but in different places. Both would continue on their winning traditions.
Brickman moved on to play for the Philippines Club, Mighty Sports and compiled a staggering 11-1 record playing in the William Jones Cup and the Merlion Cup.
Johnson was a mid-season acquisition by the Mono Vampires in the Thailand Basketball League. He turned around the struggling defending champions and willed them to be able to defend their crown in the end.
Now, both Brickman and Johnson will join forces again playing for the Thai club. The signing is still unofficial, but it is more or less confirmed with Brickman posting an instagram video of himself and Johnson practicing in the Mono facilities, along with Moses Morgan and Mike Singletary. This should be in preparation for the Thailand Basketball Super League and a rumored pocket tournament to be held soon.
Sources say that the Thailand Basketball League (TBL) will have an extended conference called the Thailand Basketball Super League (TBSL) to be held from January to April. Rumors also add that there will be a pocket tournament held in mid-November consisting of the Mono affiliated teams (Mono Vampires and Mono Thewphaingarm) along with other international clubs like Phoenix Fuelmasters (Philippines/PBA), San Miguel Beermen (Philippines/PBA), and KL Dragons (Malaysia/ABL) among other teams in consideration.
The pocket tournament is said to allow teams to roster 2 World Imports and 2 ASEAN Imports. However, only one ASEAN import can be on the court at one time.
Jason Brickman will play as the ASEAN Import for the Mono Vampires.
Brickman’s arrival to the Mono Vampires comes after a stellar season with the KL Dragons where he averaged 13.2 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 9.8 assists per game. He holds the single game (22 assists), single season (265 assists), and career average (9.8 assists per game) all-time ABL high.
