Return of the Mad Goats?

There have been constant rumors that the team from Nakhon Pathom will be making a return to the Thailand Basketball League after a one year hiatus…and it seems like those rumors might come true.

This picture is shared from the facebook page of one of the jersey manufacturers from the last time that the Madgoats participated. This kind of makes it easier to believe that the champs of TBL2014 will most likely be making their way back to reclaim their honor!

What we learn from this is:
1. This team won’t be featuring stars from last squad like Ratdech Kruatiwa, Darongphan Apiromwilaichai, Nattakarn Meungboon, Chaiwat Kaedum, among others who have signed new contracts with either the Mono Vampires or Mono-Thew.
2. BUT! It seems that other players who with the Air Force like Chalermdech Limsuwanm, Suchon Maithampitak, and Watcharapong Thongsri will be coming back after their loan stint with PEA last season. Same as Danai Khongkum, who was on a loan with Hitech as well.
3. With the addition of the Madgoats along with the 6 teams from last year, the amount of teams will now be pushed to 7…which probably means that their will indeed be another team in the mix to even things up. I’ve heard the rumors but have unable to find a legitimate source to back it up.
